What’s in the cup

Our coffee

Mexican-inspired drinks built on chocolate and syrups we make ourselves, poured over beans roasted right here in Bar Harbor.

Beans from down the road

Our espresso and drip start with beans from Acadia Coffee Company, roasted here in Bar Harbor. We pull every espresso drink as a double shot, and brew our cold brew in-house.

Made in-house

The flavors that make a Choco-Latté a Choco-Latté are made on site, not poured from a bottle.

  • Chocolate syrup

The base of the Choco-Latté, the mocha and our hot chocolate.

  • Cinnamon & cardamom syrups

What gives the café de olla its warmth.

  • Cold brew

    Brewed in-house, served over ice.

  • Cream cheeses & bagels

Baked and whipped fresh for the morning.

The Mexican-inspired side

The café de la casa is where the menu leans into Mexico: the Choco-Latté with chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, the café de olla with cinnamon and cardamom, the café bombón over sweetened condensed milk, and a Mexican hot chocolate you can order with a dash of cayenne.
